How often do you listen to others? Probably more so than we listen to ourselves.

When there are a lot going on in our mind, the noises in our head may be heightened and later suppressed. Do you listen to self or others? Often I’m asked how should it be. It is more important to be aware of it and seek the meaning to it. That will determine what would be most effective for yourself.
Self-awareness – a process that require time. With practice and experience, the time it takes will be shorter. There is no shortcut.
You may be struggling with a dilemma at the moment. Chances are you are stress or anxious about it. You may be concerned about what had happened or what might happen. What are you truly worried about? What is the meaning to that worry?
Take a pause …
Think of a time when a similar situation that has happened to you before.
- What decision did you make?
- How did it turn out?
- Where is the similarity to today’s problem?
If you have gain clarity, seeing is achieving. Once you get the wheel going, it gets easier over time. When this inner voice is working for you, ask yourself again.
